Buddy Program Clause Samples

The Buddy Program clause establishes a system where new employees or participants are paired with more experienced individuals, known as 'buddies,' to facilitate onboarding and integration. Typically, the buddy provides guidance, answers questions, and helps the newcomer acclimate to the organization's culture and processes. This clause ensures that new members receive support and mentorship, reducing the learning curve and promoting a smoother transition into their new environment.
