BT will. 3.1.1 provide Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; 3.1.2 provide each Service to the Customer with the care and skill that would reasonably be expected in the circumstances; and 3.1.3 comply with all Applicable Law that apply to the provision of a Service.
