BSA. The determination of tazemetostat doses will be based on BSA (standard institutional formula is acceptable or may be calculated by central Sponsor system) calculated using the subject’s current height and weight at the beginning of each treatment cycle. Institutional guidelines for adjusting dose to account for changes in body weight are permissible.
