Common use of BRUSHING Clause in Contracts

BRUSHING. On the following road(s), Purchaser shall cut vegetative material up to 3 inches in diameter, including limbs, as shown on the BRUSHING DETAIL. Brushing must be achieved by cutting of brush, trees, and branches. Root systems and stumps of cut vegetation may not be disturbed unless directed by the Contract Administrator. Purchaser shall remove brushing debris from the road surface, ditchlines, and culvert inlets and outlets.
