Common use of Broker’s Report Clause in Contracts

Broker’s Report. Deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent a report of a reputable insurance broker with respect to such insurance and such supplemental reports with respect thereto as the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent may from time to time reasonably request, absent the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default, no more than one time in any fiscal year.

Broker’s Report. Deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent and the Lenders, if requested by the Agent, a report of a reputable insurance broker with respect to such insurance and such supplemental reports with respect thereto as the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent may from time to time reasonably request; provided that, absent prior to the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default, no such request shall not be made more than one time once in any fiscal year.
