Common use of Broker’s or Finder’s Fees Clause in Contracts

Broker’s or Finder’s Fees. No agent, broker, Person or firm acting on behalf of Seller is, or will be, entitled to any fee, commission or broker's or finder's fees in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby.
