Common use of Brokers, Finders Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders. No broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisors or other similar fee or commission, or the reimbursement of expenses in connection therewith, in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Buyer.

Brokers, Finders. No broker, finder or investment banker, financial advisor or other Person banker is entitled to any broker’sbrokerage, finder’s, financial advisors 's or other similar fee or commission, or the reimbursement of expenses in connection therewith, commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents Contemplated Transactions based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the BuyerParent or Merger Sub.

Brokers, Finders. No broker, finder or investment banker, financial advisor or other Person banker is entitled to any broker’sbrokerage, finder’s, financial advisors ’s or other similar fee or commission, or the reimbursement of expenses in connection therewith, commission in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the BuyerPurchasers.

Brokers, Finders. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor person or other Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial advisors or other similar fee or commission, or the reimbursement of expenses in connection therewith, in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents based upon arrangements made by or firm acting on behalf of the BuyerBuyer or any firm or Incorporated affiliated with the Buyer or under the authority of the Buyer is or will be entitled to any brokers' or finders' fee or any other commission or similar fee in connection with any of the transactions contemplated hereby.
