Common use of Brokers, Finders Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders. No person has acted directly or indirectly as a broker, finder or financial advisor for the Corporation or the Shareholders in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and no person is entitled to any broker's, finder's, financial advisory or similar fee or payment in respect thereof based in any way on any agreement, arrangement or understanding made by or on behalf of the Corporation or the Shareholders.

Brokers, Finders. No person has acted directly or indirectly as a brokerbroker or finder for Seller, finder or financial advisor for the Corporation Members or the Shareholders in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and no person is entitled to any Agreement. Any broker's, finder's, financial advisory or similar fee or payment in respect thereof based in any way on any agreement, arrangement or understanding made by or on behalf of Seller, the Corporation Members or the ShareholdersShareholders shall be paid by them outside of the Closing.
