Brokers, Finders, etc. All negotiations relating to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby have been carried on without the participation of any Person acting on behalf of Buyer Acquiror in such manner as to give rise to any valid claim against Seller Shareholders for any brokerage or finder's ’s commission, fee fee, or similar compensation.
