Common use of Brokers’ Fees; Transaction Fees Clause in Contracts

Brokers’ Fees; Transaction Fees. Except as disclosed on Schedule 5.17 and except for fees payable to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, none of the Loan Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries has any obligation to any Person in respect of any finder’s, broker’s or investment banker’s fee in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Brokers’ Fees; Transaction Fees. Except as disclosed on Schedule 5.17 3.17 and except for fees payable to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, none of the Loan Credit Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries has any obligation to any Person in respect of any finder’s, broker’s or investment bankerbroker’s fee in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Except as disclosed on Schedule 5.17 and except for fees payable to the Administrative Term Agent and the LendersTerm Lenders or as otherwise set forth in Schedule 3.17, none of the Loan Parties Borrowers or any of their respective Subsidiaries has any obligation to any Person in respect of any finder’s, broker’s or investment banker’s fee in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
