Brokers Fees or Commissions. Except as specified in Schedule 3.5 and as contemplated by Section 6.1(a)(ix), there are no claims (or any basis for any claims) for brokerage commissions, finder’s fees or like payments in connection with any Transaction Agreement or the transactions contemplated thereby resulting from any action taken by such Party or on such Party’s behalf.
