Brokers; Certain Expenses. No agent, broker, investment banker, financial advisor or other firm or Person, whose fees and expenses shall be paid by EVI, is or shall be entitled to receive any brokerage, finder’s, financial advisor’s, transaction or other fee or commission in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby based upon agreements made by or on behalf of EVI or any of its Affiliates.
