Common use of Broker's and Other Fees Clause in Contracts

Neither Company nor its shareholders, directors, officers, or employees has employed any investment banker, broker, finder, or other intermediary that has been retained by, or is authorized to act on behalf of, Company that would be entitled to any fee or commission from Company, Parent, or any of Parent’s affiliates in connection with or upon consummation of the Transactions.
