Brokers and Expenses. (a) No broker, finder or investment banker (other than Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co.) is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other fee or commission in connection with the Transactions based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Company or any Company Subsidiary. The Company has heretofore furnished to Parent a complete and correct copy of all Contracts between the Company and Xxxxxxx Sachs & Co. pursuant to which such firm would be entitled to any payment relating to the Transactions.
