Common use of Brokerage Commissions Clause in Contracts

Brokerage Commissions. Pay any and all brokerage commission or finders fees incurred in connection with or as a result of Borrowers' obtaining financing from the Lender Group under this Agreement. Borrowers agree and acknowledge that payment of all such brokerage commissions or finders fees shall be the sole responsibility of Borrowers, and each Borrower agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Agent and the Lender Group harmless from and against any claim of any broker or finder arising out of Borrowers' obtaining financing from the Lender Group under this Agreement.

Borrowers agree Borrower agrees and acknowledge acknowledges that payment of all such brokerage commissions or finders fees shall be the sole responsibility of BorrowersBorrower, and each Borrower agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Agent and the Lender Group harmless from and against any claim of any broker or finder arising out of Borrowers' Borrower's obtaining financing from the Lender Group under this Agreement.

Brokerage Commissions. Pay any and all brokerage commission or --------------------- finders fees incurred in connection with or as a result of Borrowers' Borrower's obtaining financing from the Lender Group under this Agreement.
