Broker and Finder Fees. Company has not dealt with any broker, finder, investment bank or other advisor in connection with the issuance and sale of the Warrants or Warrant Shares, and no broker, finder, investment banking or advisory fee or commission has been or will be payable by Company with respect to the issuance and sale of the Warrants or the Warrant Shares.
