Broadcaster. A person or organisation, as a network or station, that broadcasts radio and/or audio visual content on various platforms.
Broadcaster. The Producer acknowledges that the Broadcaster may from time wish to see a copy of this Agreement and copies of reports, correspondence or other documentation provided by the Producer to Xx Xxxxxx Xxxx and that the Broadcaster may request such information from Xx Xxxxxx Xxxx. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.
