Broadcaster Sample Clauses

The 'Broadcaster' clause defines the rights and responsibilities of the party designated as the broadcaster within an agreement, typically in the context of media, entertainment, or content distribution. This clause outlines the broadcaster's authority to transmit, air, or otherwise make content available to the public, and may specify the platforms, territories, or formats in which broadcasting is permitted. By clearly delineating the broadcaster's role and scope of activity, the clause ensures that both parties understand who is authorized to distribute the content and under what conditions, thereby preventing disputes over unauthorized use or distribution.
