Broadcast Use. Broadcast, Exhibition, Internet and Film Usage includes, but is not limited to the use of the Font Software to create titling and/or credits for any broadcast via television, on the Internet and/or cable and/or motion picture theatrical distribution and/or exhibition. For use in film or in television broadcasts and where a license for the same has been purchased, the terms of any such License are limited to an annual broadcast season or the initial release. Unless otherwise provided for, broadcast usage licensing must be renewed prior to following season (whether original or re-rerun, both foreign and domestic) to retain a valid license. Failure to renew a broadcast, exhibition and film usage license is a breach of this license causing significant monetary harm to Device. Additional licensing options are available.
Broadcast Use may renew the use of a program on the network in Canada, upon payment to the writer of the following step-up fees based upon the original contracted fee. Additional four (4)year period from expiry of initial use OR
Broadcast Use. Usage for broadcast is allowed by this Desktop Addendum as stated here. You are permitted to use the Fonts to create titles and graphics for broadcast media such as film and television and are granted worldwide broadcasting rights to graphics made with the Fonts on all broadcast media, including film and television.
Broadcast Use. Non-broadcast usage (i.e. the ads you see in a movie theatre before the previews, during commercial breaks in the stadium while at a sporting event, at a kiosk in a store, etc.) can be paid in 8-week, 52-week and 104-week cycles, with side musician scales of $37.91, $99.76 and $149.63 respectively.
Broadcast Use. Where a program is no longer being broadcast on the network in Canada but teachers wish to continue to use the program, may obtain the rights for unlimited non- broadcast use for a period of four (4) years in Canada, upon payment of fifteen per cent (15%)of the original contract fee to each writer involved in the program. All subsequent renewals shall require a repeat of payments provided in (a) or above.

  • Broadcast Rights The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee broadcasting rights up to 2 Radio Stations.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Internet Use 7.1. Customer is prohibited from posting or transmitting unlawful material on or via the Internet or the World Wide Web. 7.2. Leaseweb is entitled to actively block ports or IP addresses for the Network, in the event that such is – in Leaseweb’s reasonable view – necessary to preserve or protect the security and performance of the Network or the Internet or the World Wide Web. An overview of the blocked ports or IP addresses may be requested in writing by Customer from Leaseweb. 7.3. Without prejudice to the generality of Clause 7.2 of the Acceptable Use Policy, Leaseweb shall in any event actively block the following ports for its Network: (i) UDP/137 – Netbios; (ii) UDP/139 – Netbios; (iii) TCP/135 till 139 – Netbios;(iv) TCP/445 – Smb; and (v) Protocol UDP port 11211 - Memcache 7.4. If Leaseweb reasonably suspects that Customer is subject to a DoS attack, DDoS attack, DRDoS attack or another attack and (in Leaseweb’s reasonable opinion) such attack negatively affects the Infrastructure, Leaseweb shall be entitled to immediately block access to Customer's Infrastructure. In the event that Customer is subject to repetitive attacks, and Customer does not successfully take measures to prevent that future attacks may negatively affect Leaseweb’s Infrastructure, then Leaseweb shall be entitled to immediately terminate theSales Contract by sending a written notice to Customer.

  • Programming Processor is not responsible for programming or reprogramming of fuel dispensers.

  • Sports related devices, services and medications used to affect performance primarily in sports- related activities; all expenses related to physical conditioning programs such as athletic training, bodybuilding, exercise, fitness, flexibility, and diversion or general motivation.
