Common use of Broadcast Licenses Clause in Contracts

Broadcast Licenses. (a) Each of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries owns, possesses or has the right to use all of the material patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, licenses (including, without limitation, Broadcast Licenses) and material rights with respect thereto, necessary for the present and currently planned future conduct of its business, without any known conflict with the rights of others. <PAGE>
