Broadbands Clause Samples
The 'Broadbands' clause defines the categories or ranges of pay grades within an organization, typically grouping multiple job levels into wider salary bands. In practice, this clause outlines how employees are classified into these broad salary ranges based on factors such as job responsibilities, experience, or market benchmarks, rather than narrowly defined job titles. Its core function is to provide flexibility in compensation management, simplify pay structures, and support career development by allowing for greater movement and progression within the organization.
