Broadband Internet Sample Clauses
The Broadband Internet clause establishes the requirements and responsibilities related to providing high-speed internet access within the scope of an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies whether the service provider or the client is responsible for ensuring broadband connectivity, outlines minimum speed or reliability standards, and may address issues such as installation, maintenance, or acceptable use. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of internet access expectations, thereby preventing disputes or service interruptions due to inadequate connectivity.
Broadband Internet. In order to allow Provider to provide Host and third parties with access to real-time online data related to the measurement of System performance, Host shall permit Provider reasonable access to Host’s broadband internet connection located at the Site. If Host does not maintain such internet connection on the Site, Host shall reasonably cooperate with Provider to allow Provider to install and maintain a broadband internet connection at the Site.
Broadband Internet. 11.1 Where a broadband internet service is included, the Landlord accepts no responsibility for the provision or reliability of this service and The Tenant agrees to contact the service provider for technical support. If the Tenant is not satisfied with the service provided, the Tenant agrees to arrange for their own internet service to be installed at their own expense and for it to be terminated at the end of the tenancy.
11.2 The Tenant agrees not to use any broadband internet service provided in the property for any illegal activity whatsoever.

In order to use the NFON Cloud Telephone Service, it is the Customer’s responsibility to procure at its cost a reliable business- grade broadband connection either through CSUK (if applicable) or through a supplier approved by CSUK. Where Broadband is supplied by a third party CSUK does not assume any liability or responsibility for any third-party broadband Internet connection. The Customer acknowledges that call quality depends on both the specifications and availability of the broadband connection to which the Customer is connected and also on the IP or telecommunications network to which the person being called is connected.
