Common use of Bring-down CFO Certificate Clause in Contracts

Bring-down CFO Certificate. If requested by the Representatives, a certificate of the chief financial officer of the General Partner, in his capacity as chief financial officer only, dated such Date of Delivery, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.

Bring-down CFO Certificate. If requested by the Representatives, The Representatives shall have received a certificate of the chief financial officer of the General Partner, in his capacity as chief financial officer only, dated such Date as of Deliverythe Closing Time, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory agreed to by the Representatives.
