Common use of Bring-down CFO Certificate Clause in Contracts

Bring-down CFO Certificate. If requested by the Representatives, a certificate from the Company’s chief financial officer, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives and dated such Date of Delivery, substantially in the same form and substance as the letter furnished to the Representatives pursuant to Section 5(i) hereof.

Bring-down CFO Certificate. If requested by the Representatives, a certificate from Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company’s chief financial officer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives and dated such Date of Delivery, substantially in the same form and substance as the letter certificate furnished to the Representatives pursuant to Section 5(i5(f) hereof.

Bring-down CFO Certificate. If requested by the Representatives, a A certificate from the Chief Financial Officer of the Company’s chief financial officer, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives and dated such Date of Delivery, substantially in the same form and substance as the letter certificate furnished to the Representatives pursuant to Section 5(i5(k) hereof.

If requested by A certificate of the Representatives, a certificate from chief financial officer of the Company’s chief financial officer, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives Representative and dated such Date of Delivery, substantially in the same form and substance as the letter certificate furnished to the Representatives pursuant to Section 5(i5(m) hereof.

If requested by A certificate of the Representatives, a certificate from chief financial officer of the Company’s chief financial officer, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives and dated such Date of Delivery, substantially in the same form and substance as the letter certificate furnished to the Representatives pursuant to Section 5(i5(j) hereof.

If requested by the Representatives, a certificate from Mxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company’s chief financial officer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives and dated such Date of Delivery, substantially in the same form and substance as the letter certificate furnished to the Representatives pursuant to Section 5(i‎Section 5(h) hereof.
