Briefing. Within 14 Days of the initiating Party’s provision of written notice, the Parties shall file simultaneous opening briefs. Within 14 Days of the filing of the opening briefs, the Parties shall file simultaneous rebuttal briefs. No reply briefs by any Party shall be permitted.
