Bridges, Culverts, and Fords. 6.01 Bridges, as specified by District Forester and permitted and approved by the Department of Environmental Protection’s Bureau of Dams, Waterways and Wetlands, must be installed where roads cross intermittent or permanent stream channels in accordance with the provisions of the Encroachment Permit. Any bridge design must be approved by the Department prior to construction.
