Bridge Security Documents. On the Closing Date, the Company and the Bridge Collateral Agent shall amend and restate the Bridge Security Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F(the “Amended Bridge Security Agreement”).
Bridge Security Documents. To the extent that the Bridge Security Agreement, purports to assign or pledge to the Bridge Collateral Agent a security interest in or lien on, any collateral as security for the obligations of the Company from time to time existing in respect of the Exchanged Bridge Notes, such pledge, assignment and/or grant of the security interest or lien is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects, and shall apply with respect to the obligations under the New Exchanged Bridge Notes.
