Breakdown Cover. 11.1 Subject to the exceptions set out in this Clause 11, we will throughout the duration of this Agreement provide Breakdown Cover, via a third party provider. 11.2 The Breakdown Cover is limited to providing breakdown assistance in the event that the Product or Alternative Product cannot be used safely as a result of a mechanical, electronic, computer or electrical failure and is subject to a fair and reasonable usage policy. 11.3 You will be responsible for the costs of any breakdown that falls outside of the conditions set out in Clause 11.2 above.
Breakdown Cover. If Your Vehicle suffers a breakdown, You must call RAC Breakdown to attend the Vehicle in order to benefit from this policy.

Breakdown Cover. A well maintained boiler reduces pollutants and emissions, giving you a greener home and peace of mind. Our breakdown labour is charged at £68 for up to 1/2 hour, then £17 per 1/4 hour thereafter. Prices are correct at time of launch (2020) and will increase with RPI each year. Normal working hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3pm on Friday. Ongoing works after these hours may be charged at the prevailing overtime rate. Breakdown Cover. If Section 2 (Loss of or damage to your vehicle) of this document applies, this insurance also covers the following benefit. If your vehicle breaks-down anywhere in England, Wales or Scotland, we will cover the cost of hiring a replacement vehicle from the nearest garage to take you, your passengers and personal luggage to your home, your destination or a railway station within 20 miles. Or we will pay the garage charges for towing the vehicle and carrying you and your passengers to your own garage if this is within 10 miles. We will only pay one claim during any one period of insurance and the most we will pay is £25. If this endorsement applies, you must keep to the following conditions. • You must keep an efficient fire extinguisher in your vehicle. • Hiring out the vehicle to any person is not covered by this insurance.
Breakdown Cover. The CUSTOMER will NOT be charged for breakdowns or repairs occurring through normal use. CPH will replace any faulty machines(s) within one working day. However no refunds of hire charges will be back dated prior to any notification of a fault or problem and a Fault Number obtained from CPH.

  • Failure to Maintain Coverage Failure by the Contractor to maintain the required insurance, or to provide evidence of insurance coverage acceptable to the County, shall constitute a material breach of the Contract upon which the County may immediately terminate or suspend this Contract. The County, at its sole option, may obtain damages from the Contractor resulting from said breach. Alternatively, the County may purchase such required insurance coverage, and without further notice to the Contractor, the County may deduct from sums due to the Contractor any premium costs advanced by the County for such insurance.

  • Outages and Interruptions Outages.

  • Insurance, Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage The Contractor shall require each of its subcontractors to secure and maintain during the life of the subcontract, insurance of the type specified in this Contract, or, the Contractor may insure the activities of its subcontractors in the Contractor’s policy, as specified in this Contract.

  • Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance If specified in Schedule A, the Contractor shall maintain, or cause the Subcontractor doing such Work to maintain, Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance covering bodily injury and property damage. Such insurance shall provide coverage for actual, alleged or threatened emission, discharge, dispersal, seepage, release or escape of pollutants (including asbestos), including any loss, cost or expense incurred as a result of any cleanup of pollutants (including asbestos) or in the investigation, settlement or defense of any claim, action, or proceedings arising from the operations under this Contract. Such insurance shall be in the Contractor’s name and list the City as an Additional Insured and any other entity specified in Schedule A. Coverage shall include, without limitation, (a) loss of use of damaged property or of property that has not been physically injured, (b) transportation, and (c) non-owned disposal sites.

  • All Coverages Each insurance policy required in this item shall be endorsed to state that coverage shall not be suspended, voided, cancelled, reduced in coverage or in limits except after thirty (30) days' prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, has been given to the Town. Current certification of such insurance shall be kept on file at all times during the term of this agreement with the Town Clerk.
