BREACH OR VIOLATION OF AGREEMENT. The parties agree that a breach or violation of this Agreement will result in immediate and irreparable injury and harm to the innocent party, who shall have, in addition to any and all remedies of law, the right to an injunction, specific performance or other equitable relief to prevent the violation of the obligations hereunder, plus reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in obtaining any such relief.
