Brand Identification Clause Samples

Brand Identification. Dealer shall: (a) display a primary identification sign (flag mast or monument) and comply with dealer identity standards as specified in the DPM for each Dealer Location listed on Schedule D; and (b) comply with New Holland’s vehicle identity standards as set forth in the DPM.

Brand Identification. There will be brand identification for each Fountain Product served on all menus and postmix dispensing valves.

Brand Identification. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that, subject to applicable laws or regulations,: (a) no marking shall be applied by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the body of an SAK keg, whether this marking is applied for purposes of identifying the brand of Draught Beer contained or to be contained within the SAK keg or otherwise, unless such marking is made by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ using laser jet style coding and applied using water soluble ink; and (b) no label shall be applied by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the body of an SAK keg, whether this label is applied for purposes of identifying the brand of Draught Beer contained or to be contained with the SAK keg or otherwise, and that such label may be applied only to the dust cap of a SAK keg.

Brand Identification. There will be brand identification for each Pepsi-Cola Dispensed Products and Packaged Products served on all menus, menuboards and postmix dispensing valves.
