Bound Brook. Without limitation of the foregoing, the Landlord may arrange to cause the move of any automobile franchise operated by any Tenant from the present Bound Brook Premises to another location mutually acceptable to the parties hereto in order to permit more efficient investigation and or remediation of the Bound Brook site.
