Borrowings for Guaranteed Payments. To the extent the Company does not have sufficient cash to make the distribution required to be made pursuant to Section 4.1(a)(i) then, unless the Manager or the Principals object, the Manager shall cause the Company to borrow funds in order to make such distributions in a full and timely manner.
