Borrowing Request, etc. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Request (including (i) a confirmation that the Collateral Packages for the Subject Policies have been uploaded to the FTP Site and (ii) the Borrowing Base Certificate) for such Additional Policy Advance (which may be an electronic or facsimile transmission followed by actual delivery of the original Custodial Packages to the Custodian.
