Borrowing Group. The Borrower, (b) the parent of the Borrower, (c) any affiliate or subsidiary of the Borrower, (d) the owner of any collateral securing any part of the credit or this Agreement and (e) any officer, director or agent acting on behalf of any of the parties referred to in items (a) through (c) with respect to the credit, this Agreement or any other Transaction Document.
