Common use of Borrowing Certificate Clause in Contracts

Borrowing Certificate. Lender shall have received a duly executed Borrowing Certificate in the form of Exhibit B, including a detailed itemization of all costs of goods and services to be paid with the proceeds of the Advance and accompanied by supporting documentation satisfactory to Lender.
