Borrowing Amounts. Each Borrowing shall be in the aggregate principal amount of five hundred thousand Dollars ($500,000) or any larger multiple of five hundred thousand Dollars ($500,000), provided, that no single Borrowing may exceed one million five hundred thousand Dollars ($1,500,000).
