Common use of Borrower's Right to Terminate the Plan Clause in Contracts

Borrower's Right to Terminate the Plan. Upon 30 calendar days' prior written notice, I am permitted to cancel this Agreement for any reason. To the extent possible, I will also provide you with 30 calendar days' prior written notice of my intent to payoff my Mortgage Loan prior to its natural payoff date under the Plan. If I do not provide you with 30 calendar days' prior written notice of a payoff, then I understand that your system might draft an extra draft from my Authorized Account following my payoff, in which case I understand that such payment will be returned to me after the tenth business day following that draft.
