Borrower's Acknowledgment. The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that the Contracting Party is authorized to act in accordance with the Agent’s exercise of the Borrower’s rights in accordance with this Consent, and the Contracting Party may rely on any notice or instruction by the Agent in the purported exercise of the Agent’s rights and remedies hereunder.
