Borrower's Acknowledgement of RUS's Right. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Bond, the Borrower acknowledges that RUS may purchase from FFB all or any portion of any Advance that has been made under the Bond, or may purchase from FFB the Bond in its entirety, in the same manner, at the same price, and subject to the same limitations as shall be applicable, under the terms of the Bond, to a prepayment by the Borrower of all or any portion of any Advance made under the Bond, or a prepayment by the Borrower of the Bond in its entirety, as the case may be.
