Borrower Status. Other than in connection with a Borrower Release pursuant to Section 13.22, no Borrower shall have revoked, limited or otherwise modified, or shall have purported to revoke, limit or otherwise modify the authority of the Company to act on its behalf as provided in Section 2.14.
