Borrower Fleet Sample Clauses

Borrower Fleet. All of the Containers owned by the Borrower from time to time, provided that, for purposes of this definition, ownership by the Borrower shall include the Borrower’s interest as lessor of Containers subject to a Direct Finance Lease.
