Common use of Borrower Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Borrower Cooperation. Borrower shall execute and deliver to Lender such documents, instruments, certificates, financial statements, assignments and other writings, do such other acts and provide such information, and participate in such meetings and discussions, in each case that are necessary to facilitate the consummation of each Secondary Market Transaction.

Borrower shall execute and deliver to Lender such documents, instruments, certificates, financial statements, assignments and other writings, do such other acts and provide such information, and participate in such meetings and discussions, in each case that are necessary to facilitate the consummation of each Secondary Market Transaction; provided, however, that Borrower shall not be obligated to pay the costs of any third parties or incur any liability in addition to that already existing under the Loan Documents or alter the economic terms of the Loan in a connection with any of the foregoing.
