Common use of Borrower Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Borrower Cooperation. Prior to the consummation of any foreclosure or assignment in lieu of foreclosure of the Pledge Agreement, the Loan Parties shall cooperate with Lender and any prospective Successor Owner in identifying any and all liabilities that any Borrower is subject to, including in respect of any employees of any such Person.
