Borough Sample Clauses
The 'Borough' clause defines the specific geographic area or administrative district relevant to the agreement. In practice, this clause identifies which borough—such as a named city borough or local government area—applies to the rights, obligations, or activities described in the contract. By clearly specifying the borough, the clause ensures that all parties understand the exact location or jurisdiction involved, thereby preventing confusion or disputes about the scope of the agreement.
