Booster Pump and Power Substation. MEI and the Company shall have entered into an arrangement, reasonably satisfactory to Investor and MEI, pursuant to which the Company shall be granted (i) access to the booster pump located on MEI's real property in Nampa, Idaho and (ii) the ability to draw power from the power substation located on MEI's real property in Nampa, Idaho.
