Books, Records and Regulatory Filings. (a) The Adviser agrees to maintain such books and records with respect to its services to the Trust as are required by Section 31 under the 1940 Act, and rules adopted thereunder, and by other applicable laws, rules and regulations, and to preserve such records for the periods and in the manner required by such applicable laws, rules or regulations.
