Common use of Books of Account and Records Clause in Contracts

Books of Account and Records. Proper and complete records and books of account of the Company's business, including all such transactions and other matters as are usually entered into records and books of account maintained by Persons engaged in businesses of like character or as are required by law, shall be kept by the Company at the Company's principal office and place of business.
