Common use of Books and Records; Inspection Clause in Contracts

Books and Records; Inspection. Company shall keep complete and accurate books and records with respect to the Collateral and Company’s business and financial condition and any other matters that Xxxxx Fargo may request, in accordance with GAAP. Company shall permit any employee, attorney, accountant or other agent of Xxxxx Fargo to audit, review, make extracts from and copy any of its books and records at any time during ordinary business hours, and to discuss Company’s affairs with any of its Directors, Officers, employees, Owners or agents.

Company shall permit any employee, attorney, accountant or other agent of Xxxxx Fargo to audit, review, make extracts from and copy any of its books and records at any time during ordinary business hours, and to discuss Company’s affairs with any of its Directors, Officers, employees, Owners or agents.

Company Companies shall permit any employee, attorney, accountant or other agent of Xxxxx Fargo to audit, review, make extracts from and copy any of its their books and records at any time during ordinary business hours, and to discuss Company’s Companies’ affairs with any of its their Directors, Officers, employees, Owners or agents.
