Bonus Arrangement. 8.1 As long as this Agreement remains in effect, an annuity bonus arrangement, calculated as specified in APPENDIX D, will be payable by American National to LMG, if earned. 8.2 As long as this Agreement remains in effect, a life bonus arrangement, calculated as specified in APPENDIX D, will be payable by American National to LMG, if earned.
