Common use of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Bonds. Lessee shall be liable for all damages to the surface of the land, livestock, growing crops, water ▇▇▇▇▇, reservoirs, or improvements caused by ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s operations on said land. No operations shall be commenced on the land hereinabove described unless and until ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have filed a good and sufficient bond with Lessor, in an amount to be fixed by Lessor, to secure the payment for such damages as may be caused by ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s operations on said land and to assure compliance with all the terms and provisions of this lease, the laws of the State of Colorado, and the rules and regulations thereto appertaining. A bond may be held in effect for the life of production of any well.
