Common use of Bonds; Guarantees Clause in Contracts

Bonds; Guarantees. There are no bonds, guarantees, notes, sureties, letters of credit, indebtedness or other similar credit agreements or debt obligations that exist with respect to the Company, the Business or any of the Assets except as set forth in Schedule 3.23 attached hereto. The Company is not in default on the payment of any principal or interest on any indebtedness for borrowed money, nor is the Company otherwise, to its knowledge, in default under any indemnity, fidelity or contract bond or letter of credit, note, guarantee or other credit agreement or debt obligation or instrument.
